To add value to our recruitment services, Matchtech Group plc has developed Inform, an on-line vacancy management system. Inform has been designed to enhance our recruitment processes through people and technology working efficiently together.

Inform is a highly effective IT tool which ensures strong communication. An on-line system, fully secure and available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through access, Inform provides the user with a single portal for all recruitment activity.

Our vacancy tracking and management tool is available free of charge to all clients who place vacancies with Matchtech. Whether you’re a planning a major recruitment drive or just looking to recruit a specific individual Inform will facilitate the flow of information ensuring shared knowledge throughout the recruitment process.

As soon as you place a vacancy with Matchtech you will be sent login details to the Inform portal where you will be able track the status of your vacancy on a 24 hour basis. It will enable you to view and modify your vacancy, viewing candidate CVs, arrange interviews and provide candidate feedback to us 24 hours a day.

Inform has been specifically designed to minimise any client IT integration issues. Inform is a web based platform and will operate with the majority of web browsers therefore external internet access is the only pre-requisite for using the system.
