The Defence industry accounts for 40% of our turnover and as an industry is our single largest customer. Matchtech has been operating in this market for 25 years, during which we have supplied resource to hundreds of military projects across all domains. Matchtech has developed to become a RPO and Master Vendor provider across 12 UK Military and Nuclear facilities.

Our Defence capability spans Engineering, ICT, Built Environment and our Commerical Divisions and in 2009 we successfully filled over 3,000 contract assignments and 900 permanent requirements in the Defence sector alone, and in so doing we have faciliated almost 4,000 secuirty clearance applications or transfers ranging from Basic to DV level.

Matchtech has a demonstrable record of successfully delivery across the full life cycle, from; Concept capture, through Design, Build, Test, Integration and in to Support. As one of the UK's largest technical agencies we work as the master, prime and prefered supplier to a large number of OEM's, Tier 1 and consultancies serving the UK Defence market, including but limited to:-

BAE Systems, Babcock International, Finmeccanica, VT Group, EADS, MI5, Atkins, KBR, UTC, Qinetiq, DSTL and the MoD.

Matchtech Group are able to identify specialist resource in all areas of the market from; high level DV cleared Secure Communication experts through all disciplines within ICT, Engineering, Manufacturing and Commercial. Our candidates have contributed to every major UK Defence project in 2009 and we continue to have a strong presence and involvement with future pogrammes across all Air, Land and Sea operations.
