Our people - Our people are what make us who we are, they are our most important asset. Their skills are essential in delivering the quality of service you expect from a leading recruitment services.

We attract quality people by offering a thorough internal program of induction and training. We aim our programme at new graduates or equivalent of varied academic background, and at experienced recruiters or professionals from other industries. Lasting 12 months, the program instils our culture and provides the foundation for their development.

Our passion - we strive for optimum operational excellence and as our business has grown, there has been demand for skills in our Shared Services Division, namely in legal and compliance, bids and marketing, finance, and training. We support our people with professional development in these specialist areas. We were granted training status by the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) and have appointed two trainees to support our business.

The introduction of a new competency framework underpins the commitment we invest, it provides a picture of development opportunities for our people, some of whom will take up leadership positions as the company continues to grow. By providing a clear structure, we retain motivated people that deliver high quality services to our clients.

Our promise - To ensure the delivery of recruitment services to industry standards, all new recruitment consultants take the Recruitment & Employment Confederation's Certificate in Recruitment Practice, and provide all our consultants with annual membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
