The Group has many accreditations and we work to the most rigorous standards in the recruitment industry. We were one of the first companies to be awarded Audited Status by the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) for delivering excellence in recruitment, which represents the "Gold Standard" of REC membership. To achieve REC Audited status, we were audited against 125 criteria covering the whole of our recruitment process.
Matchtech is a member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), the professional body that represents the interests of organisations engaged in the acquisition of business professionals. To become a member we were required to submit 20 references and undergo a comprehensive vetting process over two months. As a member we adhere to a strict Code of Conduct which ensures high quality procedures and best practice are followed in all areas of our business.
We have full certification to the Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000, to the Environmental Standard ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety and BS25999 for Business Continuity. We were the first recruitment company in the UK to have obtained this certification. We are proud to say that we are the only recruitment company in the UK to have obtained all 4 qualifications, which absolutely underpins our dedication to quality in everything we do.

BS25999- Business Continuity Award
The Group was the first Recruitment Company in the UK to obtain certification to the new British Standard BS25999 for Business Continuity. This standard has been developed to help companies minimise the risk of potential disruptions and to help ensure continued business operations.
