History of Matchtech Group plc

The Group have been trading for over 25 years and we have evolved to become a leading provider of technical, professional and recruitment outsourcing services; delivering high quality contract, temporary and permanent recruitment. Our business has grown organically since 1984 focusing on sectors with long term investment horizons. We have a well balanced business with a broad spread of contingency, preferred and managed clients with whom we have maintained long standing relationships.

We are the largest single site recruitment provider, giving our clients and candidates strong communication paths, this also enables us to share best practise with ease. We have an experienced management team with high staff retention allowing us to maintain high operational flexibility.

We have recently developed a presence in Europe setting up Matchtech GmbH and we have created the Elemense brand to broaden our scope of recruitment outsourcing service.

Our contract lead business model provides resilience as well as enabling the Group to deliver best in class NFI conversion. Our permanent business provides the necessary scope for accelerating growth in any economic upturn.
