Our central Shared Service resource provides our consultants with the tools and expertise to seamlessly deliver these “Value Added” solutions.

Adding Value We have talented teams in our internal Shared Service departments providing specialist Legal & Compliance, Technology, Marketing & Communications, HR & Training support to the business and to our clients.

Our Legal & Compliance team provides our clients and candidates with regular updates on current employment issues and trends in the form of quarterly news letters, client meetings, presentations and seminars. Our aim is to guide and assist them through the maze of legislation, including the new Agency Workers Regulations, highlighting our expertise and minimising risk for all stakeholders. The team can also conduct impact assessments for clients on upcoming legislation.

Our IT Systems team continues to develop and enhance our own in-house Front Office Customer Relationship Management system, Back Office system and Websites. This resource allows us to ensure our systems are kept at the cutting edge of recruitment software. It also allows us to streamline our processes by integrating with external third party recruitment platforms, such as on-line portals, allowing us to maintain our responsive delivery. We have also integrated client pay and bill systems, again to increase quality and improve process efficiencies.

Our Marketing team provides creative expertise and media selection for branded advertising, as well as the logistical support to run effective candidate assessment centres. They have also been instrumental in the successful launch of our 2 new Professional Services brands, Alderwood Education and Barclay Meade.
