Matchtech UK Ltd is the largest Company in the Group and operates out of the largest single site recruitment centre in the UK. Matchtech UK Ltd comprises of four key sectors Engineering, Science & Medical, Built Environment and Information Systems & Technology. These niche service delivery teams, who sourced over 4500 specialist assignments for professional contractors last year as well as placing 2500 candidates into permanent employment

Matchtech Germany is a technical recruitment Company based in Stuttgart focusing on developing business within the German Engineering market, particularly within Aerospace, Energy, Pharmaceutical Automotive sectors.

Elemense Ltd is our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Company, providing clients with a totally bespoke recruitment outsourcing service. The creation of elemense allows the Group to deliver account management support and value added services to a broader more diverse client base.

Alderwood Education specialises in the Education Market. They deliver both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, on a nationwide basis, across three specialist areas- Work-Based Learning, Employability & Welfare to Work and College Tutoring & Lecturing.

Barclay Meade deliver recruitment solutions for the Professional Staffing market in the following specialism’s- Accountancy, HR, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain & Logistics, Financial Services, Sales, Procurement, Executive Search.
